A formal Project Execution Plan is issued to the client for approval before any works commence — ensuring complete clarity on costs, timelines, and deliverables.
Our design team develops concept drawings, 3D visualisations, and material mood boards that translate the brief into a tangible vision. Multiple design iterations are reviewed with clients until the final scheme is approved.
Working drawings, specifications, and BOQs (Bill of Quantities) are then prepared for construction — ensuring complete design-to-build accuracy.
Site mobilisation begins with our project manager coordinating all trades — civil, MEP, joinery, flooring, and facade teams. Daily progress reports are shared with clients, and weekly reviews are conducted to manage scope, quality, and schedule.
Our experienced site engineers maintain zero-tolerance for defects — catching issues in real time rather than after completion.
A dedicated quality control team conducts independent inspections at each milestone. All works are checked against approved drawings, specifications, and material samples before signoff at each stage.

Formal handover includes a comprehensive client walkthrough, as-built documentation, warranty certificates, and an operations & maintenance manual. All snags are cleared, final photographs are taken, and the space is fully ready for occupation.
